Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President and Dr. Ayman Al-Shahabi, the Governor of Damietta Governorate witnessed graduating a new patch of students at faculty of Engineering in presence of Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Former Vice presidents of Benha University, Dr.Gamal Abd El Aziz, the acting dean of the Faculty , Faculty members staff , the graduates and their families.
For his part, Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy congratulated the graduates and their parents, thanking them for their efforts towards their children in order to reach this day.El Gizawy also added that the University is keen to develop the educational system by providing students with the skills and knowledge that qualify them for the labor market through partnerships with major international universities.El Gizawy added that Benha University especially Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, contributed to raising the University's ranking to become one of the best 500 universities in the world in the engineering sector. On the other hand, the Governor of Damietta gave a speech in which he stressed his happiness with his presence at the graduation day offered all greetings and thanks to the faculty members' staff and parents for their efforts and their keenness on their children's excellence and graduation. It's worth mentioning that Benha University President has honored heads of departments and top students and gave them shield of excellence.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President, announced that Benha University has achieved globally progress in the Spanish Webometrics ranking for reference citations, July 2024 edition where It ranked 1087 globally, among 6028 research institutions and universities that were included in this edition with an advance of 12 places over the previous edition.
It also ranked ninth among Egyptian universities and research institutions, which numbered 51 governmental and private universities.
El Gizawy also added that The University achieved an increase in the number of reference scientific citations from the university's intellectual production, reaching 282,420 citations in this edition compared to the previous edition, which amounted to 246,127 citations, an increase of 36,293 within six months. El Gizawy pointed out that progress came as a result for the concerted efforts of all the University's employees, including faculty members, their assistants, young researchers and administrators at various levels to achieve distinguished position for Benha University at the global, African and Arab levels.

Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy , Benha University President honored Dr.Samir Hammad ;the former deputy for governor of Qalyubia , the professor at Benha Faculty of Engineering for his great efforts and valuable contributions that he made to all the citizens of Qalyubia Governorate during his tenure as Deputy Governor of Qalyubia.
For his part, El Gizawy stressed his continuous support for Dr. Samir Hammad as one of the University's sons, of whom we are always proud, welcoming his return to continue the journey of giving and building within the Faculty of Engineering in Benha.

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, inspected inspects maintenance work in University cities in Kafr Saad where he was accompanied by Dr.Awad Allah Soliman, the general director of the University Student's cities.
For his part, Dr. Tamer Samir stressed that the University administration pays great attention to University cities, and works to develop them continuously and permanently to be a suitable place for residence, living, and practicing various student activities and hobbies for all students.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University president has issued a decision to assign Dr.Jamal Abd El Aziz; the professor at faculty of Civil Engineering; the Faculty of Engineering Deputy for Education and Student Affairs as the Acting dean for Faculty of Engineering Shubra.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President congratulated Dr. Ayman Al-Shahabi, The Dean at Faculty of Engineering Shubra, Benha University, on the confidence of the political leadership for appointing him as the Governor of Damietta Governorate.
El-Gizawy also expressed his great happiness that one of the University's academic leaders is among the Egypt's governors and he also stressed that Benha University is full of many scientific figures in various fields and specializations. El Gizawy also wishes for him great success in the tasks of his new position.El Gizawy also added that Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy stressed that Dr. Ayman Al-Shahabi has succeeded in updating the curricula and study courses at Faculty of Engineering Shubra to keep pace with modern developments in the field of engineering, he also has contributed in improving the infrastructure and developing the Faculty's laboratories to provide an advanced educational and research environment.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President congratulated Dr. Ayman Ashour after renewing the confidence of the political leadership for him as Minister of Higher Education for a new term .
El Gizawy also hoped for him best wishes, great success and hoped for him more achievements at higher education sector in Egypt to complete the development process according to Egypt's vision 2030.
